Shipping Information

Your order is very important to Rosie Jade Accessories and every effort will be made to ensure your goods arrive with you in a timely manner. Please see below for a list of delivery charges/options:

UK Standard Delivery is FREE for each order. Delivery usually takes between 1-3 working days except during busy periods when delivery may be longer.

A signature will be required upon delivery.

In the event you are not present to sign for your delivery the courier will leave a calling card.

Please liaise directly with the courier to assist a smooth re-delivery.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unwanted item(s) for a refund or exchange (subject to availability). Please notify us in writing or by telephone (see STEP 1 below) within 7 days of receipt of your goods and ensure your return reaches us within 14 days.

In the event of a refund you will be refunded the cost of your unwanted item(s) excluding outbound and inbound delivery costs. International returns must be clearly marked *RETURN* as Rosie Jade Accessories we will not be liable for any duties charged if this is not clearly marked and clearly visible on the package. “Leather Items and Leather Details” may fade over time and appear distressed or worn this is the nature of the item and they are not deemed as faulty. “Silk Items” may vary due to being a natural fabric and this is deemed as not faulty.

Want to return an item? Follow these steps:

STEP 1

If you wish to return an item(s) please notify Rosie Jade Accessories by email within 7 days of receipt of your goods at rosiejadeaccessories@gmail.com

Please advise us of your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Alternatively call us on 01484 917718. You will be issued a returns authorisation code.

STEP 2

Ensure your returns reach Rosie Jade Accessories within 14 days of receipt of your order. Package up the item(s) you wish to return and complete the returns form received with your delivery and include the authorisation code received in Step 1.

RosieJade Accessories is not responsible for returned item(s) until it is signed for upon arrival. We strongly advise you obtain proof of sending and consider the value/insurance of the items sending.

STEP 3

Goods will be thoroughly inspected on return:

We do not accept returns of earrings for hygiene reasons.

RosieJade Accessories is not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. Rosie Jade Accessories aims to accept all returns, in the unlikely event that an item(s) is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, the goods will be returned to you immediately.

STEP 4

After inspection refunds or replacements will be carried out as per your request within 3 working days of receiving your item(s). Please consider refunds may take between 2-10 working days to show back in your account depending on your card issuer, this is outside of the control of Rosie Jade Accessories. Rosie Jade Accessories is not responsible for any item(s) whilst in transit.
